We give the best Calcaneal Spur Treatment

Calcaneal spur is a bony growth that forms around the heel bone, commonly due to ill-fitting shoes or repeated strain on the feet. It often causes sharp pain in the heel, especially while walking. The most common sites are the back of the heel or the underside of the sole.

In Ayurveda, this condition is referred to as Padakantaka, meaning thorn-like pain in the foot. It occurs due to a calcium growth around the ligaments and tendons, extending from bone toward the soft tissues. Increased Vata caused by long standing or strenuous activities leads to such painful growths.
